Jackson rose to fame in the late 50's and early 70's with such hits as "Let's Have A Party,"
"Tears Will Be the Chaser for Your Wine," "A Woman Lives for Love" and "Fancy Satin Pillows." Wanda's once boyfriend, the late Elvis Presley, encouraged her to switch from country to rock. When she did, she paved the way and made her spot in music history.
